Skillet chocolate orange cake: One skillet cake

Sometime, I just don't want to wash my dish, haha. After renovating the house, I have my own kitchen and it mean I have to take full responsibility of everything that happens here ^^".
Including washing all the dish and equipment that I use. So, I think it will be good if I can find the best way to cook with less thing to wash.
Anyway, not every recipe can fall into this category, but this one is a good start ^^.  Baking in the skillet that you use it to melt and mix everything, mean less pot and pan, hehe. But you need a good non stick skillet to use in this recipe (Mine is 26 cm Le Creuset skillet).
Start by melt the butter in the skillet and you don't need anything much even a cake pan.
This chocolate is quite rich, you can make it more dense and dark by using high percentage of the chocolate, serving it with a cup of hot coffee, is my ideal afternoon treat. But if you want to make it more dreamy, add a dollop of sweetened whipped cream or ice cream is a good idea too.

Remove from the heat, stir until fully melt, pour the brown sugar into the skillet, stir to combine.
Let it cool for 5 minutes.

Beat 3 eggs together until fully combine.
Pour into the skillet.
Stir until combine.
Sift the flour, cocoa powder and pinch of salt into the skillet.

Stir lightly, then pour the nuts and candied peel (with the liquor) into the skillet.
